Knettishall Heath prints (4 different designs available)

Knettishall Heath is a beautiful Suffolk Wildlife Trust nature reserve with an interesting history.  There is a Bronze Age burial ground and evidence of even earlier human occupation through the patterned ground.  At the end of the last ice age repeated freezing and thawing of the ground created a unique mixing of the sandy soil and the underlying chalk. The resulting landscape today, thanks to the careful managing of Suffolk Wilfe Trust, is an open and undulating landscape with heather and woodlands.  It makes for an inspiring walk any time of year!

There are four designs available of Knettishall Heath.  Three are available now and one is being kept under wraps as it is going to be a 2020 Suffolk Wildlife Christmas card.  Please be careful to select the correct one when ordering.

This is a reduction linoprint and is an edition of 10.  Lawrence oil-based relief printing inks on Zerkall paper.  The paper meaures 54 x 38cm and the image is 36 x 26cm (reversed for Knettishall Runners).
